When registering for the 2024 Florida Woodturning Symposium you will be asked a minimum number of questions for contact information; Name, Address, Phone Numbers, your Woodturning Club, and your email address.  The registration software will have you create a username and password.  The username and password will allow you to go back into your registration if you get interrupted while registering, after you “Submit” your registration the username and password are no longer needed.  There is a pull-down menu where you will select the type of registration you are making and thus the cost of the registration.  Registration fees are as follows:

You will be able to add additional Attendees such as your spouse.  Please note that if the additional attendee is not going to go to the demonstrations you should un-check the “Attending Rotations” box, otherwise they will be charged the full symposium fee.

You will have to check the box for reading the Florida Woodturning Symposium Terms and Policy for which a link is provided.  After all of that, you need to click on the submit button.

A screen will come up listing yourself and any additional attendees and give you a place to select to volunteer to help out at the symposium.  Then the most important step is to click on the “Next – Submit and Payment>>” button.

You can choose to pay by check made out to “Florida Woodturning Symposium” for the amount shown on the screen as “Total Due” and then mail that check to:

You can pay via credit card, if you choose to pay by credit card you will be taken to the PayPal site for the Florida Woodturning Symposium.  You do not need a PayPal account, there is an “OR” method below the first part of the PayPal screen, this section will allow you to use your credit card to pay for your registration.

An invoice will be sent to the email address you supplied while registering.  Please look over the invoice to make sure everything is Ok.  If you see a mistake that you wish to correct you will need to contact the registrar via email at “fwsregistrar@aol.com”
