Dale Nish

Dale L. Nish is one of the foremost woodturners/writers in the world. His broad knowledge of woodturning as well as nearly forty years of teaching experience enables him to work with  most of the tools and techniques commonly used in woodturning. His books Creative Woodturning, Artistic Woodturning, Master Woodturners, and Woodturning with Ray Allen have been well accepted worldwide. He has demonstrated at many symposiums in the USA as well as Ireland, England, Canada, New Zealand and Norway. He was the originator of the Utah Woodturning symposium starting in 1979 and was the director for 18 years, until  his retirement from Brigham Young University. He still teaches classes at Craft Supplies USA, as well as demonstrating at other symposiums.
