Applicable Fees

Note: Any Registrations that are not SUBMITTED on or before November 30, 2009 will be charged the late fee which begins December 1, 2009.

 

 

 Symposium Fee

This fee gains you access to all symposium events. The instant gallery, trade show, rotations (demonstrations), an opportunity to win an educational grant (must be present at drawings), and the Friday/Saturday evening functions.

Note: Accompanying spouses that do not attend demonstrations are not charged this fee and are not eligible for an educational grant.
 

            Fees:   $100.00           Adults prior to December 1, 2009
                        $125.00           Adults on or after December 1, 2009
                        $  50.00           Youth, 12-17 years of age

 

Workshops

The hands-on workshops require pre-event registration and are an additional fee. These workshops are conducted on Friday morning at 8:30am and Friday afternoon at 1:00pm.

            Fee:     $55.00 per person

 

Accommodations

Onsite accommodations are limited to the hotel and RV sites. The hotel fees include meals (Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch for Thursday check-in, Friday lunch through Sunday lunch for Friday check-in, Saturday Lunch through Sunday Lunch for Saturday check-in) which will be indicated on your registration invoice. Meals may be purchased for those staying in their RV. When registering, select desired meals and the charges will be reflected on your registration invoice.

            Fees:   $107.00           Hotel single occupancy per night.

                          $82.00           Hotel double occupancy per person per night.
          Note:      Name your roommate or one will be arbitrarily assigned.

                          $25.00           RV site fee per night.

         Note: See Miscellaneous Fee. Charged each RV occupant per night.

 

Miscellaneous Fee

LYBCC charges this fee per person on their premises each day. This fee is already figured in hotel rates only. Commuters are charged this fee each day of attendance.

            Fee:       $10.00

 

Meals

Meals may be purchased by attendees staying in RVs and also those attendees that are commuting each day.
